has published the “Methodology for valuing mining and exploration licenses for minerals, radioactive minerals, and oil and defining the relevant tax” and the “Regulation on imposing tax on the transfer or sale of mining and exploration licenses for minerals, radioactive minerals, and oil” which were approved by Decree No. 302 of the Minister of Finance on December 31, 2019.
