THE INSURER IS OBLIGED TO DISCLOSE THE AGREEMENT WITH STATE ORGANISATIONS

As Article 5.1.17 of the “Insurance Package Policy” approved by resolution 2 of the Financial Regulatory Commission’s in 2019 states “Upon entering into a contractual agreement with government agencies, companies with state and local ownership, joint-stock companies, and foreign investment companies, the insurer shall publish payments issued to insurance representatives, fees, the insured, and insurance contracts quarterly on their respective websites to the public" insurance companies are obligated to comply with the above-mentioned requirements.

Citizens, organizations, and the insured can find information on the insurer's contracts with foreign-invested companies and state-owned organizations on the respective insured company's website.
